Fair Havens offers you a variety of living units to suit your needs.
The original building Phase I consists of 8 apartments with floor areas up to 760 sq. ft. and one life lease of up to 1278 sq. ft. Residents pay a monthly maintenance fee, unless personal services are required.
Phase II consists of 7 luxurious life lease units ranging up to 1278 sq. ft. Two bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom, two piece bathroom, individual central air and gas heating. These units are leased at a basic payment amount with a monthly maintenance fee. Phase II offers a special lease agreement whereby the majority of the basic payment would be returned upon the vacating.
Fair Havens provides a service package that allows our residents to remain in their independent life style while being able to enjoy ample lounge space indoors and well-kept common grounds outdoors.
